Collaborate with BYD to deliver a premium, high-energy activation at the BYD Quokka Day held at Ascot Racecourse.
The objective was to create a standout race day experience that captured the glamour, style, and excitement of the event, while seamlessly promoting the BYD brand through engaging, shareable content. The activation needed to attract foot traffic, encourage participation, and deliver visually striking outputs aligned with a modern, premium brand presence.

BYD partnered with Vivid Media to deliver a Glambot Activation—bringing high-end, cinematic slow-motion video experiences to racegoers.
Working closely with BYD, we helped bring the vision to life through:
A custom branded backdrop, designed by BYDto ensure optimal visual impact on camera
Tailored video templates incorporating BYD branding
Carefully planned camera angles and movements to capture the best possible slow-motion shots
